Technical Support Officer - IT

FIMBank is an international trade finance bank with an international network of offices spanning five continents. We are seeking to recruit a full-time Technical Support Officer to join our IT Department. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic candidates who can work in a team and have the willingness to learn and join our dynamic bank.

Job Description

In this role, you will form part of the team responsible for the technology infrastructure of the Group and for supporting the growth of the company.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Resolution of support calls and escalating when necessary;

• General operational duties on both infrastructure and business systems; • Installation, administration and troubleshooting of Endpoint devices and peripherals; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Skills and Experience

• You must have a passion for technology coupled with great customer service skills;

• You must also be good team player, showing initiative and commitment;

• Although prior experience is not mandatory as training will be provided on the job, formal IT qualifications are essential while relevant vendor certifications will be considered as assets;

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through a firm command of the verbal and written English language.
