FIMBank Group President awarded National Order of Merit

Margrith Lütschg-Emmenegger,  President of FIMBank Group, has been awarded the National Order of Merit by the Republic of Malta in recognition of her 'exceptional contribution towards the common good of the Maltese and the development of Malta as a financial centre. Lütschg-Emmenegger has worked in Trade Finance with a focus on Forfaiting and Factoring for much of her career and joined FIMBank in 2003 as Executive Vice President responsible for Business Development.

She was appointed President of the FIMBank Group in 2004. Under her leadership, FIMBank has strengthened its international presence across five continents, primarily through the establishment of international factoring joint ventures with prestigious partners. Lütschg-Emmenegger also spearheaded FIMBank's recent move to its modern head office in St. Julian's, Malta."
