FIMBank announces early redemption of 7% Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019

FIMBank p.l.c. announced on the 27th September 2013 that it will be exercising its right to early redeem all the 7% Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019 on the 30th October 2013 in terms of Article 5.8.2 of the Prospectus dated 9th March 2009. Trading in these Subordinated Bonds has been suspended as from opening of business on the Record Date the 30th September 2013.

Redemption of the Bonds with ISIN MT0000181223 and ISIN MT0000181215 is being made at the nominal value of 100 and with the necessary consents of the MFSA in accordance with the Banking Rules. All bondholders will be receiving the official advice as well as the repayment of principal and accrued interest due towards the end of October.
