FIMBank managers attend management training courses

FIMBank middle-managers have successfully completed training courses in “Essential Management and Leadership Skills”. The training courses provided participants with an excellent foundation in all of the skills and behaviours necessary to become good leaders. The courses were delivered by British management training specialists, MTD.

The courses enabled those present to effectively evaluate and consolidate their management skills, as well as to explore and develop new techniques. Topics covered during the training included motivation, communication, time management and delegation, change management, conflict management, staff coaching and development, performance management and team building.

Commenting on the courses, Mr. Bruno Cassar, FIMBank’s Head of Human Resources, stated that “During these training courses, our Line Managers had the opportunity to work and brush up their people management skills. The same delegates will also attend an Advanced Course in June”

The training was provided by MTD who are management training specialists, based in the Midlands, United Kingdom and who deliver courses internationally. They provide a comprehensive range of management training courses and custom-built programmes that enable managers to maximise their potential by gaining or refining their management skills.
