FIMBank plc appoints new First Vice President within the marketing team

Ms. Francoise Truffier

FIMBank, the Malta based global trade finance institution is pleased to report that Ms. Francoise Truffier joined the Banking Division of FIMBANK early January 2009 as member of the Business Development and Marketing team.

Francoise, a French national, has more than 30 years international banking experience in the fields of Correspondent Banking, relationships with Institutional Investors and major corporate companies, Trade Finance and syndicated loans.   

Francoise started her career in the International Division of Banque de l’Union Européenne/Paris; she then joined CREDIT DU NORD / Paris -presently part of SOCIETE GENERALE Group- and held various positions, initially heading the Correspondent banks’ desk for Americas and Asia, then the French banks’desk and finally the  Institutional Investors division, in charge of insurance, brokerage and factoring clientele. 

Prior to moving to Malta and joining FIMBANK, Francoise worked in Egypt for the last 3 years as Business Development Manager of a technical assistance service company involved in the Microfinance industry in the MENA region and Western Africa.  

Francoise’s extensive experience and know-how will certainly add value to FIMBank’s team of highly qualified professionals.
