FIMBank to pay its first interest on Subordinated Bonds

FIMBank has announced that the first semi-annual payment of interest in respect of its 7% EUR Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019 and 7% USD Subordinated Bonds 2012-2019 will be made on 30 October 2009 to those Bondholders registered on the respective EUR and USD Bond List as at close of trading of 30 September 2009.

In terms of the provisions of paragraph 5.9.3 of the Bonds Prospectus dated 9 March 2009, FIMBank p.l.c. will be paying interest by direct credit to the bank account details as instructed by each Bondholder. Those Bondholders who have not yet provided such details are requested to do by not later than Friday, 16 October 2009.
